In 2007, after many years of suffering from low mental and physical wellbeing, I decided enough was enough. I had to find a way to improve how I felt. I embarked on a journey to learn everything I could about mental health. 

Studying at some of the top psychology universities in the world, I discovered a whole new understanding of mental health I never knew existed. What I was taught turned my life around and instantly I knew I had to share them with others. 

Since 2017, I have been on a mission to share these life-changing insights with as many men and women as possible. To give them the tools and guidance needed to achieve the level of confidence, joy, and passion they want.
