After suffering from anxiety and low self-esteem for many years, I realised the typical advice wasn't working for me. If I had any chance of overcoming these diseases and feeling like everyone else, I'd have to study psychology for myself. It took me a significant amount of time and effort, but after years of searching, I found the answers I was looking for.
There is a wealth of information and knowledge about drastically improving your mental wellbeing, which never makes it into the public domain. Each day I tested these little-known techniques and exercises, and to my amazement, my mental health improved dramatically.
With a change in my thoughts, feelings, and emotions came a change in my life results. No longer held back by the doubts and fears created by anxiety, I began chasing my dreams. I appeared in major commercials and saw small successes as a play and short-film writer. Shortly after, a prominent British company offered me the opportunity to travel the world, all expenses paid.
During that adventure, I realised how drastically my life had changed. I had only one thought; I had to share what I had learned with others and help them see the same results.
Since 2017, I have helped many men and women overcome mental health issues from anxiety to depression. These individuals found their self-esteem, their confidence and their lust for life. Many found passionate and loving relationships. Others started having experiences and adventures of their own. Many found the drive they needed to create their dream businesses.
