2011 Happy Holidays Card

I’ve been working on what I’m calling “Code Poems.” The basic idea is that variables are named in such a way to create a readable poem that relates to the exported art. The overall goal is to more closely tie code to art in an attempt to make the art form more understandable to non-nerds. In practice, the code ends up being simpler and procedural in nature.

The debut of this concept was on our 2011 holiday cards to friends and family as seen below. Click on image for a more readable version.
